WhoBusted is a visitor tracking and contribution platform that allows users to:

• Register their name as a visitor
• Make monetary contributions through PayPal
• View a list of recent visitors and contributors

User Responsibilities

Account Information

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated tools to access the service excessively

Contributions and Payments

Payment Terms

• All contributions are processed through PayPal
• Contributions are non-refundable unless required by law
• We are not responsible for PayPal's policies or procedures
• You must comply with PayPal's terms of service

Contribution Amount

• The standard contribution amount is $1.00 USD
• We reserve the right to modify contribution amounts
• Any changes will be communicated in advance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations, so these may not apply to you
